    The Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) is a financing tool provided by the City of Toronto to help homeowners make their homes more energy-efficient and comfortable. The unique feature of HELP is that the loan is attached to the property's tax account, meaning if you sell the house, the loan remains with the property.
